The Agnes Romagna Energy Hub, comprising the Romagna 1 and Romagna 2 offshore wind farms plus a 100 MW floating solar plant and associated hydrogen production, is stated to be co-financed with EUR 70 million from Italy’s Fondo Complementare al PNRR, within a total investment of about EUR 2 billion. This public co‑financing supports the development of the multi-technology offshore renewable hub off Ravenna following the project’s successful Environmental Impact Assessment.
