As of an update on 14 October 2024, the Abruzzo I Floating Offshore Wind Farm (Agnes Abruzzo 1) is reported to be developed and owned jointly by AGNES, Qintx Holding, and Saipem, with each party holding a 33.33% stake, formalising an equal-share co-development structure for the 1,760 MW floating offshore wind project in the Adriatic Sea off the Abruzzo coast.
