Description
Smulders Projects UK was subcontracted by Boskalis (EOWDC tier-one supplier) to assemble the pioneering suction bucket jacket foundations for Vattenfall’s European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) in Aberdeen Bay. The work was to be carried out at Smulders’ manufacturing facility in Wallsend, including fabrication of lower parts of the jacket structures and final assembly of associated parts.
