Description
JDR won a contract from VBMS to supply 66 kV inter-array cables for Vattenfall’s Aberdeen Bay offshore wind farm off Scotland, including associated cable accessories. The announcement stated the package involved supply of more than 20 km of cables and marked the first deployment of JDR’s 66 kV cable technology. The same contract also referenced export cables, but no length split between inter-array and export cables was disclosed.
