Seajacks 5 Ltd is a UK-incorporated vessel-owning company within the Seajacks group, which has been rebranded under Cadeler following the merger of Eneti/Seajacks and Cadeler. Companies House records show that it previously traded as Seajacks 5 Limited and now forms part of the Cadeler group structure as Wind Scylla Ltd and Wind Mover Ltd, classified as vessel-owning entities in the UK.
