HI-RES Subsea Services Ltd (HRSS) is a UK-based micro company providing specialist subsea consulting and project engineering services across the oil and gas, power transmission and renewables sectors. Operating from Garmouth/Fochabers in Moray, Scotland, the company focuses on cable installation and seabed remediation to support secure power supplies and environmental protection. Its work spans HVDC export and interconnector cables, subsea foundation preparation and remediation, drill-cutting mound investigations, and geo-hazard and environmental monitoring. HRSS has long-term experience on large-scale North Sea and North Atlantic projects, including the Norned HVDC interconnector for Statnett SF/TenneT BV, the Valhall Power from Shore HVDC Light export system for BP Norge, UNCLOS mapping surveys for Norway and Iceland, drill-cutting characterisation on the Valhall oil field for BP Norge, and foundation geology modelling for BP UK.
