E-INFRA is a Romanian holding company for a group of businesses that develop and operate critical infrastructure across energy, telecommunications, construction, and technology. Headquartered in Bucharest with additional presence in Cluj-Napoca, the group coordinates management, capital allocation, and shared services for its subsidiaries to capture synergies and support large-scale infrastructure programmes in Romania and across Europe. Its activities span telecommunications infrastructure integration and operation, clean energy production, energy infrastructure operation and integration, and civil and industrial construction.
Within the E-INFRA Group, Electrogrup delivers power infrastructure and civil and industrial construction projects and has executed energy and telecom infrastructure works for major telecom operators in Romania and several European countries including Germany, Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Direct One owns and operates more than 4,500 km of neutral long-haul fibre optic backbone covering 49 Romanian cities, providing data carrier services and telecom project delivery. Netcity Telecom designs, builds, manages, and operates the underground metropolitan fibre-optic network in Bucharest, migrating overhead cables underground. Nova Power & Gas supplies and distributes electricity and natural gas, operates gas networks, and develops generation assets, including battery storage, gas-fired power plants and participation in projects such as small modular reactors and LNG supply agreements. WESEE provides installation and maintenance services for wind parks and related energy services.
E-INFRA positions itself as a key player in Romania’s digital and energy transformation and in strengthening economic resilience in the Black Sea region. It is a founding member and strategic partner of Atlantic Council Romania, using this platform to engage on energy security, critical minerals supply chains, and clean energy strategy in a transatlantic context.
