ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS is a Norwegian oil and gas company that forms part of ConocoPhillips’ Norway business unit and is a wholly owned subsidiary of ConocoPhillips Norge, itself an indirect subsidiary of ConocoPhillips listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “COP.” The company is registered in Norway (org. nr. 918 110 127) and headquartered at Ekofiskvegen 35 in Tananger, with postal address P.O. Box 3, 4068 Stavanger. Operationally, its activities are carried out by employees of the Norwegian branch ConocoPhillips Norge NUF, which together with ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS is referred to as ConocoPhillips Norway and has around 1,600–1,620 employees onshore and offshore.
ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS explores for, produces, transports and sells oil and gas from the Norwegian Continental Shelf. It is the operator of the Greater Ekofisk Area in the North Sea, about 300 kilometers southwest of Stavanger, where current production comes from the Ekofisk, Eldfisk, Embla, Tor and Tommeliten A fields. Net production in Norway was about 116,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2023 and about 124,000–128,000 barrels per day in 2024, including volumes from partner-operated assets.
