Norwegian special-purpose vehicle established October 2008 by Scatec ASA and Grieg Gruppen to develop the Ægir Havvindpark (1 GW bottom-fixed offshore wind park, Vestbanken / Sørlige Nordsjøen). NVE pre-notification (forhåndsmelding) submitted 2008-10-31; konsesjonssak 171 dismissed by NVE on 2025-02-07. Sister company NorWind provided EPCI/installation services.
