Ground engineering, specialist foundation work and international tunnelling and precast activities are provided through brands such as ZÜBLIN Spezialtiefbau, ZÜBLIN Ground Engineering, Züblin International and ZÜBLIN Singapore. Separately, Züblin Immobilien Holding AG, based in Zurich, is a listed real estate company that acquires, develops and actively manages a concentrated portfolio of mainly commercial properties in its home market. It targets long‑term value creation through selective acquisitions, intensive asset management, reduction of vacancies and energy‑efficient operation, and reports stable rental income, conservative leverage and a high equity ratio.
