PFISTERER Holding SE is a globally active, publicly listed technology company that develops, manufactures and supplies solutions for connecting and insulating electrical conductors at mission‑critical interfaces in power grids. Headquartered in Winterbach near Stuttgart, it operates across the entire electricity value chain, from generation and transmission through to distribution and consumption, on land, at sea and in the air. The business is structured into five segments – Components (COM), Medium Voltage Cable Accessories (MVA), Overhead Lines (OHL), High Voltage Cable Accessories (HVA) and High Voltage Direct Current Cable Accessories (HVD) – covering a broad portfolio of cable accessories, bolted and compression connectors, overhead line hardware, insulators, switchgear components, modular plug‑in systems, safety equipment and universal repair solutions for voltage levels up to around 1,100 kV. PFISTERER serves power utilities, grid operators, OEMs and industrial customers worldwide from 17 locations in 15 countries, with production facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic and the USA and additional sites in regions such as the Middle East and North America. In offshore wind it supplies high‑voltage connection technology for turbines and subsea cable networks, including the Nordlicht I and II projects in the German North Sea, and has integrated subsea specialist Power CSL for subsea cable solutions and repair joints. The company is expanding internationally with new manufacturing and training capacity, such as its Rochester, NY plant and training centers in Riyadh and other hubs. In 2024 it generated revenue of EUR 383.1 million with 1,239 employees, and preliminary 2025 figures show continued double‑digit growth. Strategic priorities include scaling global capacity, advancing HVDC and extra‑high‑voltage technologies – supported by a new high‑voltage laboratory in Winterbach – and executing an ESG agenda targeting a 90% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2029 and higher recycling rates.
