TFKable (Tele-Fonika Kable S.A.) is a Poland-headquartered cable and cable systems manufacturer whose products support demanding industrial and infrastructure projects across the energy, industrial and telecommunications sectors. The group produces low, medium, high and extra-high voltage power cables, installation and signalling/control cables, copper and fibre optic telecommunications cables, and a wide range of rubber-insulated cables, including mining, crane and other specialist mobile applications. Its solutions are used in power grids and transmission networks, conventional, wind and solar generation, construction, mining, transport, shipbuilding, automotive and OEM industries, and for data transmission and security applications.
The TFKable Group integrates commercial companies responsible for distribution in key markets with a manufacturing base of three plants in Poland (Bydgoszcz, Kraków‑Wielicka and Myślenice), one in Serbia (Zaječar) and a Cable Waste Recycling Plant in Bukowno, complemented by R&D facilities in Kraków‑Bieżanów and accredited research laboratories, including extra‑high voltage laboratories capable of testing cables up to 500 kV AC and 525 kV DC. Commercial entities in the UK, Central Europe, the Baltics and the Americas sell into more than 80 countries, with products adapted to local standards. Since 2017, JDR Cable Systems has formed part of the group, adding subsea power cables, umbilicals, inter‑array cables for offshore wind and global service centres in the UK, USA and Brazil.
Strategic investments focus on supporting the energy transition, including expansion of the Bydgoszcz plant with new CCV tower capacity for long high- and extra‑high voltage cable sections dedicated to onshore and offshore wind, development of TFPowerPack mobile energy storage, and ongoing R&D into cables that improve energy efficiency, durability and fire performance. TFKable embeds circular‑economy practices through large‑scale cable waste recycling and operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, PCA‑accredited laboratories and a group ESG framework covering supply chain ethics, responsible minerals, environmental management and occupational health and safety.
