NCC AB is a publicly listed Swedish construction and property development company headquartered in Solna, Stockholm. The group is one of the leading construction companies in the Nordic region, with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. In 2024 it generated sales of about SEK 62 billion and employed around 11,800 people. NCC’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The company’s historical roots date back to 1875 through predecessor firms in asphalt, road building and reinforced concrete, with the current NCC group structure established in 1988. The NCC Green Industry Transformation business area aggregates expertise and projects related to the industrial green transition. NCC positions itself as a contractor capable of managing complex construction processes from early stages through completion, serving customers that include central government, municipalities, public utility housing companies, private individuals and financial investors. The company has committed to the UN Global Compact and targets climate neutrality by 2045, aiming to reduce emissions across its value chain, increase energy efficiency and support climate adaptation through the assets and infrastructure it delivers.
