Description
Siemens Gamesa supplied the wind turbine generators for the Yeu-Noirmoutier offshore wind farm (EMYN). The project used 61 Siemens Gamesa SWT-8.0-167 D8 direct-drive turbines (8 MW class), with blades and nacelles manufactured at Siemens Gamesa’s Le Havre facility for the construction phase of the 488 MW project off the Vendée coast.
