International Marine and Dredging Consultants (IMDC)

IMDC was contracted by Eoliennes en Mer Iles d’Yeu et de Noirmoutier (EMYN/SPV) to perform follow-up and interpretation of the offshore geotechnical campaign for the Îles d’Yeu et de Noirmoutier (Yeu-Noirmoutier) offshore wind farm. The assignment covered client representative support during the offshore geotechnical survey and onshore laboratory testing, review of HSSE documentation prior to mobilisation, and delivery of an interpretative report to be used as a site book for the designers of the wind turbine generator and offshore high-voltage substation foundations and the inter-array cables. The geotechnical campaign comprised 64 boreholes (35–50 m below sea level) carried out across 2017–2018.
