An official public inquiry (enquête publique) for the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm and its grid connection opened on 10 August 2015, following an order by the prefects of Loire-Atlantique, Vendée and Morbihan, and ran until 25 September 2015. During this statutory consultation, full authorization dossiers for both the offshore park and the RTE connection works were made available in multiple coastal communes for public review and comments.
