On 7 April 2017, the Préfet de Loire-Atlantique signed the arrêté d'approbation de concession du domaine public maritime (CUDPM / DPM concession) with the société Parc du Banc de Guérande for the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm. The DPM concession is one of the project-wide consents under CG3P L.2124-3, granting exclusive seabed-use rights for the 80 x 6 MW turbines on the Banc de Guérande for a 40-year duration. Together with the 17 March 2016 arrêté préfectoral d'autorisation d'implantation et d'exploitation (the IOTA-bundle project-wide consent), the DPM concession completes the legacy project-wide consent stack for the OWF. A subsequent avenant n°1 to the DPM concession was approved by the same préfet on 4 March 2021 (recorded as a separate consent_variation_awarded event).</description> </invoke>
