In summer 2021, Jan De Nul carried out offshore site preparation at the Banc de Guérande for the Saint-Nazaire wind farm, using its cutter suction dredger Fernão de Magalhães to fragment and smooth the uneven rocky seabed to create stable jacking locations for the jack‑up vessel Vole au vent ahead of turbine and monopile installation.
