On 4 March 2021, the Préfet de Loire-Atlantique signed the arrêté préfectoral approving avenant n°1 (amendment 1) to the convention de concession d'utilisation du domaine public maritime (DPM concession) for the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm. The avenant modifies terms of the original 7 April 2017 DPM concession with Parc du Banc de Guérande.
