Atos led a consortium that implemented critical communications solutions and delivered maritime coordination for the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm. The consortium established a 24/7 maritime coordination centre in Pleudaniel (France) to coordinate, monitor and document vessel movements in and around the construction area, and implemented a unified critical communications platform enabling helicopters, ships and offshore teams to communicate with each other and with the coordination centre. Iberdrola stated these systems were retained after construction to support the wind farm during operations.
