Offshore construction for the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm began on 3 May 2021, when the first marine campaign started in the northern part of the site. Over this initial phase, running until 31 October 2021, Van Oord’s vessel Aeolus worked offshore installing piles and foundations as part of a three-year construction programme for the 62-turbine, 496 MW project.
