Description
OWC provided technical and cost due diligence to support Q ENERGY France in its acquisition of a stake in the Pennavel floating offshore wind project (AO5 South Brittany). OWC’s advisory scope covered reviews of key technical, delivery, and risk considerations, including assessments related to the wind turbine generator (WTG), floating foundations, cables and grid connection, geo-consulting, and reviews of future transport and installation (T&I) plans to inform the investment decision.
