As part of the 2022–2025 knowledge studies for the Oléron 1 offshore wind project on the Sud-Atlantique maritime façade, a dedicated geotechnical survey campaign was carried out between July and September 2023. This "campagne géotechnique" marks the start of geotechnical site investigations for the project, focusing on the seabed and subsoil conditions within the planned wind farm area. It followed earlier metocean, hydrographic, and geophysical campaigns listed in the project timeline and contributed to building the technical understanding required for the subsequent development phases of Oléron 1.
