As part of the knowledge-gathering studies for the Oléron 1 offshore wind project, a second phase of geophysical survey (“2ème phase de campagne géophysique”) was carried out in June 2023. This followed an initial phase conducted from October to November 2022 and formed part of the broader 2022–2025 programme of offshore studies on the Sud-Atlantique façade. With this second campaign phase undertaken in June 2023, the project’s planned geophysical survey work for characterising the seabed and site conditions for Oléron 1 had been executed by mid‑2023.
