RVO notes that a formal notification of this preparatory decision was published in the Dutch official journal, the Staatscourant. This regulatory step is intended to prevent developments in the designated area that could hinder or preclude construction of the planned wind farm. RVO further records that the preparatory decision coming into force on 3 April 2026 renews and replaces this 24 April 2025 voorbereidingsbesluit.
