The Dutch Bureau Energieprojecten (RVO) opened a public consultation on the draft Notitie Reikwijdte en Detailniveau (concept-NRD) for the environmental impact assessment of the Nederwiek (zuid) kavel I/B offshore wind project. The draft NRD was made available for public inspection from Friday 23 June to Thursday 3 August 2023. During this period, stakeholders and interested parties could submit formal views (zienswijzen) on the proposed scope and level of detail for the environmental reporting. The input received was to be considered by the relevant authorities when preparing the final NRD, which defines what information must be included in the environmental impact report (MER) underpinning the kavel decision for the wind farm area.
