ADJUSTED (May 2026): construction-start projection re-anchored to a 2028 retender assumption (see retender event). Earlier audit pass set this to end-2033 using a 2027-retender + 6-year lead-time assumption but did not reconcile with the COD and first_power projections that were anchored to a 2026 retender. With the 2026 subsidy slot now allocated to IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A and Gamma-B (Jan / Apr 2026) and the RVO master roadmap (6 May 2026) listing Nederwiek I-A as 'To be determined', the consolidated assumption used across all four projections on this project is: retender 2028 -> construction start 2032 (4y permit-award + design + FID + procurement) -> first power 2034 -> COD 2035. --- According to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) via an offshoreWIND.biz report, construction of the 1 GW Nederwiek I-A offshore wind farm, located about 95 kilometres off the North Holland coast in the southern part of the Nederwiek zone, was originally planned to start in 2030, with the project to be connected to TenneT's Nederwiek 1 offshore platform and export power to the onshore grid near Borssele.
