DELAYED +1yr (May 2026): the 2026 subsidy tender slot was assigned to IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A (Jan 2026 letter to Parliament) and subsequently extended to include IJmuiden Ver Gamma-B (3 Apr 2026 announcement), with the combined opening pushed from September to November 2026. Nederwiek I-A was not selected for either 2026 round. The RVO master roadmap (last checked 6 May 2026) lists Nederwiek I-A permit procedure and commissioning as 'To be determined'. The first Dutch offshore-wind Contracts for Difference are planned to launch towards the end of 2027. Earliest plausible retender for Nederwiek I-A is therefore 2028 under the CfD regime; persisting the later end of the range with year precision. Timing remains officially TBD pending publication of the updated Offshore Wind Energy Roadmap. --- Following the failed 2025 permit tender for Nederwiek I-A, the Dutch government announced that a new tender round would be held in 2026 incorporating measures from the Offshore Wind Energy Action Plan, planning to issue permits for 2 GW of offshore wind capacity through a subsidised tender supported by EUR 948 million from the Climate Fund, with specific sites and schedule to be confirmed.
