The April 2024 Routekaart Wind op Zee anchor of Q4 2030 commissioning for Nederwiek (zuid) I is no longer reachable; subsequent year-precision projection at end-2031 assumed a 2026 retender + 3-4 year build, also no longer supportable. The 2026 subsidy tender slot was reallocated to IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A (Jan 2026 letter to Parliament) and Gamma-B (3 Apr 2026 update). The RVO master roadmap (last checked 6 May 2026) lists Nederwiek I-A commissioning as 'To be determined'. Consolidated assumption across the four projections on this project: retender 2028 (TBD; CfD framework launches end-2027) -> construction start 2032 -> first power 2034 -> full commercial operation 2035. Year precision used given the uncertainty.
