The MER summary for Net op zee Nederwiek 2 specifies the offshore HVDC platform's substructure as a jacket on driven piles (worst-case ~20 piles, ~80 m deep), to be installed within the 2025-2029 realisation window. Foundation piling and jacket placement therefore fall in the offshore construction campaign that starts in 2025; per the Dutch range convention, recorded at end-2025 with year precision. This is the GRID PLATFORM jacket foundations, not the wind-farm turbine foundations — Nederwiek II turbine foundations are scheduled later under the wind farm's own consent track.
