EDF power solutions issued a European market notice on 20 October 2025 to procure environmental impact assessment services for the AO9 P2 Narbonnaise Sud-Hérault 2 offshore wind project, the planned extension of the existing Mediterranean floating wind farms. The tender covers drafting and supporting the full single-authorisation environmental dossier in the French EEZ, including the EIA, Natura 2000 assessment and any protected-species derogation applications, with services expected to start around April 2026.
