Projected operational date for the Low Carbon Link HVDC interconnector. Per NESO Interconnector Register CSV (12 May 2026), project PRO-004262 (customer Low Carbon Solar Park 39 Limited, an SPV under the Low Carbon Limited developer group) holds firm Transmission Entry Capacity of 1,400 MW import / 1,400 MW export at Pembroke GSP, with MW Effective From 31 October 2037 and Project Status "Scoping" (Gate 1, pre-countersignature under post-Connections-Reform governance). The TEC effective date is the date from which the project becomes entitled to its grid connection capacity, i.e. when it expects to be operational. Partner country not disclosed in the NESO register — assumed to be Ireland (per Greenlink template at the same Pembroke 400 kV substation; Low Carbon Limited also developing LirIC, a separate Ireland-UK link). Date precision: month (NESO publishes a specific day but the TEC date is conventionally interpreted month-precision). Treat as developer's stated target via UK regulator, not a build-locked commitment.
