The Dutch government plans to run a combined tender in December 2026 for the IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A and Gamma-B sites, under which developers can submit applications for the 1 GW IJmuiden Ver Gamma-B permit together with either a subsidised bid or a subsidy-free auction bid. RVO currently indicates that the application window for Gamma-B will open towards the end of 2026, with the updated schedule delaying the Gamma procedures from an earlier 2026 date to December.
