As part of the April 2026 tender update, RVO indicated that the final tender regulations for the IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A and Gamma-B offshore wind permit tender will be published in the second quarter of 2026. These final rules will formalise the ranking criteria, subsidy mechanism, and application procedures for the combined 2 GW tender before the application window opens towards the end of 2026.
