First Power

DELAYED +0mo (May 2026): RVO states the IJmuiden Ver Gamma-A and Gamma-B wind farms 'are expected to start generating energy from 2032' (RVO news page last checked 9 April 2026). This indicates first power is expected in 2032 rather than end-2032 being merely a placeholder; align first_power to 2032 (year precision) and keep it consistent with RVO's expectation. --- The Dutch government expects the 1 GW IJmuiden Ver Gamma-B offshore wind farm, located over 60 kilometres off the Dutch coast, to start generating electricity around 2032, with bids for the project to be submitted in the 2026 tender and the Gamma-B wind farm developed in parallel with Gamma-A.
