According to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the permit for IJmuiden Ver Wind Farm Site Alpha, granted to the Noordzeker consortium (SSE Renewables, ABP and APG), became irrevocable on 25 July 2024. This marks the end of the statutory appeal and objection period, giving the site permit final legal effect under Dutch offshore wind regulation. From this date, Noordzeker holds a fully effective permit to build, operate and decommission the IJmuiden Ver Alpha offshore wind farm in the Dutch North Sea.
