The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, represented by Rijkswaterstaat Zee en Delta, issued a new safety zone order for the wind energy area Hollandse Kust (zuid), covering the full wind farm area that includes Hollandse Kust Zuid. The 2022 Staatscourant notice (2022, 6423) introduced a general access prohibition within the defined safety zone, set out generic and specific exceptions for activities such as construction, maintenance and enforcement, and explicitly revoked the earlier 2021 decision that had established separate safety zones around Kavels I and II and the Luchterduinen wind farm.
