Subsea 7, via its Seaway 7 business, was awarded a substantial contract by Vattenfall for Hollandse Kust Zuid 1–4 covering the transport and installation of approximately 140 wind turbine monopile foundations and 315 km of 66 kV inner-array grid cables in water depths of 18–27 metres, with offshore installation scheduled for 2021–2022 using Seaway 7 heavy-lift, cable-lay and support vessels.
