Procurement Notice

In June 2023, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend; RVO) issued a procurement notice inviting tenders for the preparation of integrated ground models (IGMs) and geotechnical interpretative reports for the Hollandse Kust West VIII offshore wind farm zone, as well as for the Nederwiek Noord zone. The tender has a total value of EUR 4.4 million and is divided into two lots, one for each offshore wind farm zone, with the Hollandse Kust West VIII lot valued at EUR 1.4 million. Bidders are allowed to submit offers for one or both lots, and tenders are accepted until 14:00 on 11 July 2023. The resulting contracts are scheduled to run from 1 September 2023 until 1 April 2027 and will provide data to inform preliminary foundation design for future project tenders.
