TKF (Twentsche Kabelfabriek), the Dutch subsea-cable manufacturer based in Eemshaven, was named on Ecowende's official partners page as the supplier responsible for the development, production and delivery of the inter-array cable and connectivity solutions for the Hollandse Kust (west) Site VI offshore wind farm. The cables distribute the generated power from the project's 52 Vestas V236-15.0 MW wind turbines towards the TenneT offshore platform. TKF's scope is described as design + manufacture + delivery to the offshore staging port — installation is carried out by Van Oord under its separate transport-and-installation contract, with offshore termination and testing performed by SPIE Wind Connect from April 2026. The cables are 66 kV MVAC inter-array (XLPE) arranged in 12 strings connecting the 52 WTGs to the TenneT offshore substation. TKF describes its proprietary "dry design" — a lead-free, bitumen-free cable construction optimised for ease of installation, sustainability and reliability — manufactured at its new state-of-the-art Eemshaven facility, which is aligned with Ecowende's nature-inclusive design ambition.
