Ecowende selected Vestas as turbine supplier for Hollandse Kust West VI and signed a cooperation agreement on 19 December 2023 for 52 V236‑15.0 MW offshore wind turbines, coupled with a 15‑year service agreement. The turbines will be installed at site VI, around 53 kilometres off IJmuiden, and are central to delivering the wind farm’s 760 MW capacity with strong ecological measures integrated into the design.
