By 17 July 2024, Dutch food and agro companies Plukon and De Heus had entered into power purchase agreements with Ecowende for electricity from the Hollandse Kust West VI offshore wind farm, with Rabobank’s PPAssurance guarantee product enabling Eneco to offer these long-term green power contracts to counterparties without a credit rating.
