The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy published the tender regulations for Hollandse Kust (west) wind farm zone parcels VI and VII in the Staatscourant. These regulations (Regeling vergunningverlening windenergiegebied Hollandse Kust (west) kavel VI and kavel VII) set out the legal framework and comparative assessment criteria, including financial bid size, certainty of realisation, contribution to the energy supply, and, for kavel VI, the ecological contribution of the wind farm, which govern how the permit to build, operate, and remove the Ecowende wind farm at HKW VI is awarded and may later be modified.
