Ecowende and Sif Holding signed a contract under which Sif will manufacture 52 extended, transition piece‑less monopile foundations and associated secondary steel components for the Hollandse Kust West VI wind farm, with total steel tonnage of about 70 kilotonnes. Production will take place at Sif’s Maasvlakte facility in 2025, supporting Ecowende’s plan to build a nature‑inclusive wind farm about 53 kilometres off IJmuiden.
