XOCEAN was contracted by CrossWind, via a combined tender coordinated by Eneco across six Dutch offshore wind farms, to deliver a five-year bathymetric survey programme for the 759 MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm. The award covers acquisition of high-resolution data to assess the condition of monopile foundations, inter-array cables, and export cable assets across the wind farm's 70 monopile foundations and 140 km inter-array cable network. XOCEAN will execute the surveys using remotely operated uncrewed surface vessels (USVs), enabling low-emission, low-disturbance data acquisition. The bundled six-farm portfolio — Borssele 3&4 (Blauwwind), Borssele 5 (Two Towers), Eneco Luchterduinen, Hollandse Kust Noord (CrossWind), Hollandse Kust West VI (Ecowende) and Prinses Amaliawindpark — collectively comprises 303 turbines, and the survey data supports ongoing maintenance programmes to maximise asset uptime and long-term performance. The XOCEAN award sits alongside contemporaneous awards to FØN Energy Services (BoP IRM + ROV surveys) and Omexom (electrical O&M) covering the same six-farm cohort, forming a coordinated O&M ecosystem for the Eneco-operated portfolio. The contract value was not disclosed.
