FØN Energy Services was contracted by CrossWind, in a combined tender coordinated by Eneco across six Dutch offshore wind farms, to deliver a five-year maintenance and inspection programme at the 759 MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm starting from 2026. The award covers both above-water Balance of Plant (BoP) Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance (IRM) services and below-water Remote Operating Vehicle (ROV) surveys, providing combined topside and subsea inspection coverage across the wind farm's 69 Siemens Gamesa SG 11.0-200 DD turbines and inter-array cable network. The six-farm portfolio collectively comprises 303 turbines; combining contracts under one umbrella was designed to reduce complexity, improve planning, and capture economies of scale across mobilisation campaigns. The bundled portfolio also includes Borssele 3&4 (Blauwwind), Borssele 5 (Two Towers), Eneco Luchterduinen, Hollandse Kust West VI (Ecowende) and Prinses Amaliawindpark. For Hollandse Kust Noord, FØN Energy Services' scope sits alongside contemporaneous awards to Omexom (electrical O&M) and XOCEAN (bathymetric survey) covering the same six-farm cohort, forming a coordinated O&M ecosystem for the Eneco-operated portfolio. FØN Energy Services indicated it would introduce innovative technologies and advanced methodologies to optimise performance, enhance safety and minimise downtime. The contract value was not disclosed.
