CrossWind, the joint venture between Shell and Eneco developing the 759 MW Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind farm, confirmed that it had taken Final Investment Decision (FID) by 30 July 2020, enabling major contracts to be signed and work to start towards delivering clean energy by 2023.
