On 15 November 2024, the French authorities managing the competitive tender for the floating offshore wind farm Golfe de Fos 2 announced the candidates selected to participate in the competitive dialogue phase (“dialogue concurrentiel”). This announcement followed the launch of the competitive procedure for the second park on 17 July 2024 and the closure of the application period on 20 September 2024. The event marks the transition from the initial application and qualification stage to a structured dialogue with shortlisted bidders on the detailed requirements set out in the tender documentation for Golfe de Fos 2.
