EDF Power Solutions (EDF Renouvelables) issued a multi-stage tender for environmental impact assessment services for the AO9 (P3 Golfe de Fos 2) floating offshore wind project, covering drafting of the environmental impact study, Natura 2000 assessment, and any required protected species derogation applications, as well as support through examination and consultation until the single environmental authorisation is issued. The notice, published in the EU Official Journal in October 2025 with responses due by 11 November 2025, foresees services starting in December 2025 and running into April 2026, with options for extended assistance and coordination with earlier AO5/AO6 projects and their connections.
