DELAYED +1yr (May 2026): Projection (start onshore construction/assembly in 2025) appears optimistic. BrestPort’s official ORE Terminal page now states Eolink plans to assemble the 5 MW France-Atlantique demonstrator ‘between 2026 and 2027’ in Brest, implying onshore assembly/construction activities at the Port of Brest are expected to start in 2026 rather than 2025. No clear evidence found that onshore construction/assembly actually started during 2025. --- Eolink plans to start the onshore construction phase of the France-Atlantique project in 2025 at the Marine Renewable Energy terminal in the Port of Brest. This construction site will assemble the 52 m × 52 m steel floater and the wind turbine superstructure using components that arrived in Brest in December 2024, ahead of later load-out and towing to SEM-REV.
